Jim began TLC in 1975 to provide specialized care for emotionally disabled children and their families. With help from our staff, local communities and donors, TLC has expanded our programs to five counties. Over the years, TLC has grown to over 130 employees offering services to 600 foster care clients annually. Jim has served as a volunteer on a variety of state and local organizations focused on children’s enviromental and educational issues.
With the support of my wife, Tina, and our two daughters, they make everything else I do worthwhile. We love gardening, camping, sports, and just about anything outdoors.
