Jim began TLC in 1975 to provide specialized care for emotionally disabled children and their families. With help from our staff, local communities and donors, TLC has expanded our programs to five counties. Over the years, TLC has grown to over 100 employees offering services to 600 foster care clients annually. Jim has served as a volunteer on a variety of state and local organizations focused on children's issues. Jim is active as a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Sebastopol Sunrise.
My wife Tina and our two daughters make everything else I do worthwhile. We love gardening, camping, soccer, volleyball, bicycling and just about anything outdoors. Everyone who knows Jim knows he is a golfer and severely addicted to this sport.
