Our generous employee benefits package includes:

  • Group Health and Dental Insurance for regular employees working a minimum of 32 hours per week. Beginning your 3rd year of employment, TLC provides medical coverage for one dependent and beginning your 5th year of employment, medical coverage is provided for your family. There is a small premium co-pay required, but TLC does cover a significant cost of employees health insurance.
  • Worker's Compensation Insurance and a commitment to a safe work place.
  • Unemployment Insurance.
  • Direct Deposit for paychecks.
  • Medical and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts (Cafeteria Plan) for regular employees working a minimum 16 hrs per week.
  • Employer Discretionary 403 (b) Retirement Plan for regular employees working a minimum of 20 hrs per week, with eligibility for employer contributions beginning 3rd year of employment.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO). Schedules and holidays vary according to position and increase incrementally based on years of service to the company. Each regular status and part-time status employee is given pro-rated PTO according to actual hours worked. Most regular positions receive approximately the equivalent of 2 weeks of PTO their first year of employment.
