Founded in 1975, TLC offers an array of services including foster care and adoptions, residential care and special education, mental health services, and transitional housing programs.

OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH (No openings available at this time)

  • Clinician - Outpatient Mental Health Services: This position provides therapeutic support services to staff, clients and their families, specifically those enrolled in the Outpatient Services Program. and placement personnel. ( more )

RESIDENTIALLY-BASED SERVICES (No openings available at this time)

  • Counselor: Under the direct supervision of the Residentially Based Services (RBS) Manager to provide counseling, guidance, childcare, and supervision to emotionally disturbed adolescents on an intensive and fluctuation twenty-four (24) hour basis. ( more )
  • Social Worker: This position provides support services to staff, clients and their families, and placement personnel. ( more )
  • Social Worker - Children's Emergency Shelter, Mendocino County: This position involves supervision and case management of the Shelter Care home and client. ( more )
  • Shelter Care Aide - Children's Emergency Shelter, Mendocino County: The shelter care aide provides care and supervision of children 0-18 years. ( more )
  • Facilities Manager: This position involves daily child care and supervision work responsibilities and general management of a group home program. This position requires dedication, commitment and patience in working with assorted and numerous staff and client needs. ( more )

SPECIAL EDUCATION (No openings available at this time)

  • Journey High School Teacher: The primary task of the special education teacher is to provide direct instruction and services to pupils who have been assiend to the program by the IEP team. ( more )
  • Journey High School Instructional Aide: Under general supervision, assists teachers and specialists with the educational program in an assigned school. ( more )

TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAMS (One opening available at this time)

  • Case Manager: The Case Manager supervises the Social Work Assistants who will provide direct supervision, education, monitoring, and counseling for each youth in the program. ( more )
