Work History
Will began his career in childcare at Willow Creek Treatment programs where he worked from 1989 to 1992. His first position with TLC was as an awake-overnight counselor as he worked on his degree. In 1997 he became the Phoenix Facility Manager. Will was the Manager at Phoenix House until 2006, when he was promoted to Residentially-Based Services Manager for our three level 12 residences.

Work History
Rebecah is interested in child development, trauma recovery, helping family members understand and connect with each other better, empowering adolescents to develop positive identities and interests and supportive connections with others.
She has Experience working at Family Life Center as a Counselor, Sunny Hills Services as a Day Treatment Therapist, and Novato Youth and Family Services as a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee. She is currently working towards a Marriage and Family Therapist license and in an Expressive Arts Therapy Training Program at the Tamalpais Institute.
She enjoys hiking, dancing, backpacking, reading, traveling, swimming…experiencing the beautiful North Bay.
