Workplace Matching Gifts

Many companies offer a variety of programs for employees to be active in their communities. One of these is the workplace-giving program, a charitable solicitation program conducted at places of employment. Most contributions ("gifts") are made in the form of pledges via automatic payroll deductions‹contributions are deducted from an employee's paycheck over the course of a year. In some cases, one-time contributions are made. Some companies even offer matching-gift programs that multiply your gift.

If your employer conducts its giving campaign, please consider a donation to TLC Child & Family Services. Contact your your company's human resources office about your interest in TLC or contact us about arranging workplace giving with your employer. We welcome contact from any employer who would like to start a workplace giving program.

In addition, we are looking for employers who would be willing to give teenagers an opportunity to explore vocational interests in their communities. If you or your company is interested in mentoring a youth once a week for several hours, please contact XXXXXX for more information.
